Paint Party Friday!
Visit my ACEO Gallery and See Details
Spring has sprung in Florida, and I am tingling with creativity! I want to paint flowers and butterflies and bright colors, and take deep breaths of the fresh Spring air. The sky so blue, with a happy sun warming the ocean waters....growing green and yellow all around. And when night falls, the birdsong of the nightingale outside my window. He sits in the mangroves and calls for his love....for Spring has sprung =)
This is my post for the New! Paint Party Friday blog party. Please come join the fun and see all the great weekly posts of other artists....just click the button link below. Thanks so much, Kathryn

Love this painting! The soft colors are gorgeous and it is so Springlike! Can't wait until we have some budding flowers here in Illinois.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Kathryn! We won't be having flowers for at least another month! I like in your painting, it looks like the other flowers are dancing in the wind ;o)
ReplyDeleteKathryn so lovely. It's a warm spring day here in Maryland and that painting makes me long for more flowers to come in bloom...beuatiful.

ReplyDeleteThis is so cute!!! Spring over there as we head into Autumn!! I must say though I am sitting sweating as I type, just looked out the window to see the most BEAUTIFUL pink clouds at sunset, I'll try to join next week, it's dinnertime here & it traditional Friday cheese & fruit plate with crusty bread mmmmm... better go ;)
ReplyDeleteYes Shelle, I am sweating too, LOL. Spring is short in Florida. We are hitting 80 degrees every day this week with low 60s at night. Hubby arrived in Michigan yesterday to the tune of 31 and snowing..a bit of a shock for him =0
ReplyDeleteThanks for the praise of my little daisy. I hope to see you at Paint Party Friday next week. You could paint some of those pink clouds of your Autumn sunsets...did you get a photo? I'd love to see....Kathryn
