Yesterday was our booth at Mainly Art in downtown Bradenton. The weather was beautiful, and I met so many friendly people =)
We're all set up.....
Check out these darling little scrapbooks made by my partner, Wendy Edmond
Now, here come the customers! =)
Here's a view of inside the booth....
It was lots of work and lots of fun, too. I talked to so many people, I nearly lost my voice! =) Kathryn
Your booth looks beautiful & very inviting--I hope you had a successful day!
ReplyDeleteGreat booth! Hope you had a great day, Kathryn =)
ReplyDeleteYay! Don't we look professional! Had a fun time! Thanks for sharing your time and talents with me!!x
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debbie! Wendy and I met when we were both new at public showings. We each had a space in a school gym, with a table and a short cloth, lol. We hit it off immediately, and teamed up =)
ReplyDeleteWe have worked together to create a good-looking festival booth. My next step is to sew those tablecloths into slipcovers. It'll save me time tucking them here and there, esp when the wind picks up ;)
Thanks, Lee! It was a beautiful day Saturday, and I had a few sales. As usual, the most rewarding part of the day was meeting people and artists =)
ReplyDeleteSales were fair, and it looks like this Christmas season will be better than the last few. I feel good about that!! Kathryn
Wendy - Yes, we look great! We've come a long way, huh? Its an honor to partner with you. There is great detail and fine quality in your work. You have a wonderful passion for artistic crafting ;) Kathryn
ReplyDeleteYour booth looks fantastic! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Crystal! =) Kathryn
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff! The booth looked fantastic! Great job!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Stacy! =) Kathryn
ReplyDeleteHello Kathryn,
ReplyDeleteI found you through a fellow bloggers site and came by to look at your work--it is gorgeous. I also paint angels--mostly acrylic/mixed media. Your work is wonderful--so full of light. If you get a chance, pop over to my blog and have a look around. I am relatively new to this blogging thing and would love your feedback. Hope to chat with you soon.
Faye
Thanks a million, Faye. I'll pop over to your blog now! Kathryn
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteYes, and I'm ready to do another booth at our Bridge Street Market this Sunday! Wish me luck ;) Kathryn
ReplyDeleteFun! I love booth pictures because they give me so many ideas. My friend and I used the same tent last year - it works so good compared to the cheaper models with nylon tops.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby, Erick, bought me this tent. He chose a nice one =) He sets it up and takes it down for me, too. I couldn't do the shows without him! Kathryn
